Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize room occupancy and revenue, aligning with the hotel's
sales and marketing objectives.
Oversee the reservation department, supervising reservation agents, and ensuring efficient handling of
bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory, adjusting pricing strategies and distribution channels to optimize
revenue and occupancy.
Analyze reservation trends, market demand, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations
to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, packages, and
offers to drive bookings and revenue growth.
Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and other
distribution partners to maximize exposure and reach.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of reservation data, maintaining updated records and reports for analysis and
decision-making.
Train and develop reservation staff, providing guidance on customer service standards, reservation systems,
and sales techniques.
Handle escalated reservation inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure
guest satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in reservation management and sales to
continuously improve processes and performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and booking platforms, ensuring efficient handling of bookings,
modifications, and cancellations
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and booking platforms, ensuring efficient handling of bookings,
modifications, and cancellations
