Responsibilities
* Record and review daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
* Record and reconcile vehicle sales transactions.
* Verify customer deposits, down payments, and final payments.
* Monitor receivables related to vehicle sales and after-sales services.
* Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
* Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
* Prepare accruals, prepayments, provisions, and other month-end adjustments.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
* Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management reports.
* Monitor and review daily cashier transactions and cash movements.
* Verify cash, credit card, bank transfer, and other customer payment transactions.
* Reconcile cashier reports against the accounting system and supporting documents.
* Review daily cash collections and ensure timely bank deposits.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* *3–5 years of accounting experience*, preferably in an automotive dealership or automotive-related business.
* Strong practical knowledge of *cashier and cash-control procedures*.
* Experience with bank and cash reconciliations.
* Good understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
* Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Good understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
* *3–5 years of accounting experience*, preferably in an automotive dealership or automotive-related business.
* Strong practical knowledge of *cashier and cash-control procedures*.
* Experience with bank and cash reconciliations.
* Good understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
