Responsibilities
-Attend required training, briefings, and meetings related to ODK and other data collection activities.
-Test ODK forms and other approved data collection tools and report any technical issues or discrepancies.
-Conduct assessments, surveys, registrations, interviews, and other data collection activities using ODK and other approved methodologies.
-Collect, record, and submit accurate and timely data through ODK and other approved data collection tools.
-Conduct household visits, phone interviews, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and observations required using ODK-based and other approved tools.
-Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with Medair procedures throughout all ODK and data collection activities.
-Perform data entry, cleaning, validation, and reconciliation of data collected through ODK and other approved systems.
-Prepare and submit reports, databases, maps, datasets, and spreadsheets generated from ODK and other data sources as requested.
-Report complaints, feedback, protection concerns, irregularities, and field challenges identified during data collection activities to the Direct Supervisor.
-Carry out any other programme-related tasks assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

Verification Tasks:
-Attend ODK training prior to monitoring and Evaluation.
-Testing ODK form on the tablet prior traveling to the field and reporting to Direct Supervisor on any gaps or discrepancy if exist
-Receiving a fully charged tablet and hard copy of beneficiary list and ensuring that the items received are kept safe and properly returned to Direct Supervisor at the end of each working day.
-Traveling to the field of daily basis as per locations identified by Direct Supervisor in order to collect required beneficiary data (soft, hard or both)
-Accurate use of ODK based surveys for data collection.
-Thoroughly examine HH documents
- Properly issue HH coupons and make sure that they are consistent with the data collected.
-Prepare all maps, reports and data spreadsheets required by Direct Supervisor
-Attend all meetings requested by Direct Supervisor.
-Report to Direct Supervisor on any complaints made by beneficiaries during verification
-Other tasks that may be assigned prior to distribution
Distribution Tasks:
-Traveling to field locations on daily basis as instructed by Direct Supervisor.
-Coordinate with Medair field focal point to prepare distribution plan.
-Collecting all issued HH coupons after the beneficiaries check their Kits and sign and date the HH coupons.
-Prepare all distribution reports as requested by Direct Supervisor.
-Matching collected HH coupons with distributed kits on daily basis and directly report to Direct Supervisor in case any discrepancies are spotted.
-Attend all meetings requested by Direct Supervisor.
-Report to Direct Supervisor on any complaints made by beneficiaries during distribution
-Other tasks that may be requested during distribution.

Administration:
-Prepare different excel spreadsheets as needed.
-Support in data entry while using paper forms.
-Contribute to daily reporting on field activities.
-Filtering and maintaining photo library of the activity upon request from AM-TL.
-Any other BNA relevant task as required.


Qualifications
-At least one year of experience in the humanitarian sector with direct field experience.
-Good English oral and written, Native Arabic speaker.
-Fluency in Microsoft Office Programmes, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook.
-Able to use a smart phone and Tablets

Salary and Benefits
