Responsibilities
-Coordinate and oversee the product development process from idea generation through market launch.
-Research, identify, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers and manufacturers.
-Manage follow-up activities related to product development timelines and deliverables.
-Prepare and review packaging content, product labels, and carton information.
-Coordinate product registration processes and regulatory documentation.
-Follow up on approvals and compliance requirements with relevant authorities.
-Work closely with Graphic Designers to develop and finalize product packaging and artwork.
-Coordinate with suppliers, designers, regulatory parties, marketing teams, and management to ensure smooth execution.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and innovations within the cosmetics industry.
-Support the development of new products and improvement of existing product lines. -

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or any relevant field.
--Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
-Additional qualifications related to cosmetics, business, marketing, product management, or life sciences are considered an advantage.
