Responsibilities
• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives Purpose agenda.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner.
• Manage labor relations activities where applicable, including grievance resolution and collective bargaining partnership.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning for hourly and salaried roles.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and foster a positive employee experience.
• Lead annual people processes including performance reviews, talent calibration, compensation planning, and engagement surveys.
• Coach frontline supervisors and managers on leadership capability, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, PepsiCo HR policies, and audit requirements.
• Support training and development programs, including safety, leadership, and technical capability building.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, CPG, food/beverage, or supply chain.
• Experience supporting hourly workforces and union environments strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
