Responsibilities
• Provide overall site leadership and P&L ownership for the manufacturing facility.
• Deliver against Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, and Environment (SQCDPE) targets.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with PepsiCo health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Drive food safety, quality, and sanitation programs in alignment with PepsiCo and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the implementation of TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve OEE, reduce waste, and increase line performance.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, capital projects, and productivity initiatives.
• Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, quality, R&D, and commercial teams to optimize plant performance.
• Ensure adherence to PepsiCo financial controls, budgeting, and cost management processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG industries.
• Proven experience managing plant operations, budgets, capital projects, and large frontline teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement systems.
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage plant P&L.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
