Responsibilities
• Manage daily production operations to meet schedule attainment, line efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Ensure a safe working environment and enforce PepsiCo safety policies, procedures, and training.
• Drive quality and food safety compliance, including HACCP, GMP, and sanitation standards.
• Lead and develop production supervisors and hourly associates through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as OEE, downtime, waste, and labor utilization.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production, quality, and safety incidents.
• Support TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate losses and improve line performance.
• Manage labor planning, overtime, and staffing to meet production demands while controlling costs.
• Promote employee engagement and recognition programs to build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of production or manufacturing management experience, ideally in food/beverage/CPG.
• Experience leading teams in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including off-shifts and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar manufacturing systems.
• 5+ years of production or manufacturing management experience, ideally in food/beverage/CPG.
