Responsibilities
• Own the plant KPI framework, including OEE, downtime, waste, yield, MTBF, MTTR, and productivity metrics.
• Collect, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance data to leadership.
• Lead loss analysis and pareto studies to identify top improvement opportunities.
• Support TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma program implementation and maturity assessments.
• Build plant capability by delivering training on problem-solving tools, root cause analysis, and data analytics.
• Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to drive performance improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and digital performance management tools.
• Facilitate daily and weekly performance review meetings and ensure action tracking.
• Benchmark plant KPIs against internal and external best practices.
• Support annual operating plan target setting and productivity pipeline development.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing performance improvement, continuous improvement, or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar.
• Experience with SAP and manufacturing execution systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to train and influence cross-functional teams.
