Responsibilities
• Lead category management for assigned spend areas including raw materials, packaging, technical/MRO, and G&A services.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver total cost of ownership improvements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service levels with key suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance through scorecards, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant operations, engineering, and corporate stakeholders to understand demand and specifications.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, including supplier capacity, quality, and financial stability.
• Drive working capital improvements through payment terms, inventory optimization, and demand planning alignment.
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support sustainability and supplier diversity goals within assigned categories.
• Track and report savings, cost avoidance, and other procurement KPIs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required.
• 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably in food/beverage/CPG.
• Strong experience in materials, MRO/technical, and G&A categories.
• Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba, SAP MM, or similar procurement systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• CPSM or similar procurement certification preferred.
• 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably in food/beverage/CPG.
• Strong experience in materials, MRO/technical, and G&A categories.
• Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba, SAP MM, or similar procurement systems.
