Responsibilities
KEY Responsibilities:
•support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
•Maintain confidential HR files and staff data in HRIS.
•Facilitate safeguarding and Code of Conduct briefings for new staff.
•Collect well-being data (attendance, stress indicators, leave usage) for monitoring.
•Assist in organizing training and well-being activities.
•Provide admin support for investigations into safeguarding and grievance cases.
•Ensure equal and inclusive practices in daily HR operations.

-Good in English (Writing-Reading-Speaking).
-Good in Arabic (Writing-Reading-Speaking).
•Computing:
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Practical knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, and onboarding processes

Candidates who successfully complete the process will be included in AFH’s talent roster and may be considered for suitable positions based on future programme requirements, location, experience and the availability of funding.
