Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and maintain the plant EHS management system in line with company standards and applicable local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, workplace safety and environmental requirements.
• Identify workplace hazards and conduct regular risk assessments, inspections and audits.
• Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans following incidents, inspections and audits.
• Lead incident/accident investigations, including root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Establish and monitor EHS KPIs and provide regular reports to plant management.
• Implement programs to reduce workplace injuries, environmental impacts and operational risks.
• Ensure appropriate emergency preparedness, evacuation procedures, fire prevention and emergency response plans.
• Monitor chemical handling, storage, labeling and disposal procedures.
• Ensure proper management of waste, wastewater, emissions and other environmental aspects.
• Support contractor safety management and ensure contractors comply with site EHS requirements.
• Conduct EHS training, awareness sessions, toolbox talks and safety campaigns for employees.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and HR to integrate EHS into daily operations.
• Promote employee participation and accountability in safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation, records, permits, inspection reports and training records.
• Participate in plant projects and equipment modifications to ensure EHS requirements are incorporated from the design stage.
• Prepare the plant for internal and external EHS audits and follow up on audit findings.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant EHS/HSE certification is an advantage.
• 2 years of experience in EHS/HSE, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety, environmental management, risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Experience with EHS audits, inspections and corrective-action programs.
• Strong communication, training and leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with plant and corporate teams.
• Relevant EHS/HSE certification is an advantage.
• 2 years of experience in EHS/HSE, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.
