Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruitment Planning and Coordination
Support the development and implementation of annual recruitment plans based on organizational workforce needs.
Coordinate recruitment requests and ensure approved Position Requisition Forms (PRFs) are in place prior to initiating recruitment activities.
Ensure that all vacant positions have been updated and approved Job Descriptions.
Recruitment and Selection
Prepare and publish job announcements through appropriate recruitment channels.
Ensure recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with SAMS recruitment policies and procedures.
Coordinate and facilitate all recruitment stages, including screening, written tests, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
Participate in and support interview panels as required.
Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and Anti-Terrorism Checks (ATC) for shortlisted candidates in compliance with organizational requirements.
Prepare job offers and employment contracts for selected candidates and coordinate the completion of pre-employment requirements.
Onboarding and Orientation
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
Ensure new employees complete all required documentation and acknowledgments.
Conduct orientation and induction sessions to familiarize new employees with SAMS policies, procedures, and organizational values.
Support hiring managers and new staff to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential recruitment records and archives.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
Support audits and provide recruitment-related documentation when required.
Other Responsibilities
Participate in HR meetings and other relevant meetings as requested.
Provide recruitment-related support to sub-national offices when required.
Perform any other recruitment-related duties assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.

Qualifications
Academic Background:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the NGO/INGO sector.
Proficient in English & Arabic
