Responsibilities
Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.
Manage on-site execution and monitor progress against approved plans.
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and address potential overruns.
Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and other project resources.
Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Administer project contracts and maintain records of variations and correspondence.
Prepare progress reports, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
Resolve technical and operational issues affecting project delivery.
Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.
Manage project handover, snagging, documentation, and closeout

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
Extensive experience in construction project execution and management, including senior-level responsibilities.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, technical specifications, and applicable codes.
Experience in budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and subcontractor management.
Proficiency in project planning software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in GCC countries is preferred.
