As the Head of Finance, you will partner with the leadership team to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making, supporting the company’s growth and scalability. You will ensure financial stability, sustainable growth, and alignment with organizational goals while overseeing budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. Your role includes optimizing operational costs, providing actionable insights, and efficiently leading resource allocation for long-term profitability. Additionally, you will serve as a cultural ambassador, fostering a positive, values-driven work environment within the finance team, aligned with the company’s core principles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives and ensure long-term profitability.
• Drive financial decision-making to support scalability, growth, and resource optimization.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial modeling.
• Provide actionable insights through in-depth analysis of financial data to inform business strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including cash flow management, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability and reduce risk.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and industry standards.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders and the leadership team.
• Provide transparent financial insights and performance updates to guide company decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members to ensure continuous growth and skill enhancement.
• Act as a cultural ambassador by promoting and maintaining a positive, values-driven work environment among team members.
• Develop and maintain robust risk management processes to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure effective investment in company priorities.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements without compromising quality.
• Act as a strategic partner to other departments, providing financial expertise to support company-wide initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication between finance and other business units to align on goals and deliver results.
• Ensure that the company culture is nurtured and integrated into every aspect of the business
