Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Analyze the network statistics for possible problems and report the problem to concern team.
Monitor radio network KPIs "2G, 3G & 4G" and report problematic cells to optimization team.
Work on Portal, Ticketing and PM Systems
Fetch radio network KPIs "2G, 3G & 4G" using statistics tools
Update Network division data base.
Develop all necessary VB macros, applications and Axios tool to facilitate the work .
Coordinate with other divisions to collect needed information and data.
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly network KPIs reports.
Write any additionally requested network quality equations and load it to statistics tools.
Follow up GSM Network Problem and be sure the problem is solved.
