1. Prepare new radio site nominal yearly plan by using planning tool, conduct site survey and microwave survey, and produce radio site’s design document.
2. Study the feedback received from Rollout team about the construction of new radio sites to check and apply the required modification on radio site’s design document.
3. Produce new radio site database relevant to rollout weekly plan and projects, hardware and software configurations.
4. Analyze the results of drive tests applied by Radio Technician to verify radio site objectives and radio network performance.
5. Verify with the concerned parties retention new radio site objective and proceed with optimization if required.
6. Monitor and analyze on a daily basis radio counters results, compare them to radio KPIs, request actions for optimization and improvement.
7. Update radio sites information database on cell level after hardware modification.
8. Review radio cell parameters to solve radio performance issues or enhance radio network performance and prepare the related change request.
9. Request drive test from Radio Technician to verify customer complaint or check radio
cell performance.
10. Prepare work order for software change, hardware modification, frequency tuning, parameter enhancement, etc. to enhance coverage and capacity.
11. Participate in projects and critical changes on BSS part such as radio sites re-homing on BSC-RNC, new frequency plans, parameters enhancement, etc.
12. Recommend adding/ canceling/ modifying new radio site that is still under construction
based on network optimization requirements.
13. Review renewable energy solution’s design and co-location requests received from Rollout Section to ensure space clearance for radio site antennas.
14. Prepare monthly report about performed activities.
15. Recommend radio research in coordination with Radio Network Studies team for the enhancement and development of radio Network.
16. Evaluate and test existed/new specialized radio tools and provide the relevant support
tasks to radio team.
17. Solve customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and on time as per related policies and procedures.
18. Provide Customer Service with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve the complaints.
19. Keep records about the corrective and preventive actions applied to solve customers’ complaints.
20. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
21. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
22. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/ Computer / IT / Electronics Engineering.
