Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Write, edit, and proofread copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Be part of reels/Video sessions when needed for the plan

Social Media Management:
Assist the Social Media Specialist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze and report on social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Communication Strategy:
Support the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies for clients.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials.
Coordinate with the Account Manager to align communication efforts with client goals and objectives.
Client Relations:
Assist the Account Manager in managing client communications and maintaining strong relationships.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and progress to clients.
Participate in client meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand their needs and contribute ideas.
Market Research:
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to enhance communication strategies.

Coordination with Creative Team:
Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all content and visual materials are aligned with the overall communication strategy and client brand guidelines.
Coordinate the development of creative assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content, to support campaigns and communications efforts.
Provide clear and concise briefs to the creative team, ensuring that they have all the necessary information to deliver high-quality work.
Review and provide feedback on creative outputs to ensure they meet the desired standards and objectives.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools

Specific Vacancy Requirements
