• Coordinate and implement recruitment plans to meet the company's staffing needs, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Execute employee training and development programs to enhance performance and skill levels, in collaboration with various departments.
• Monitor and assess employee performance on a regular basis, preparing performance reports and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, updating HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support organizational development efforts by analyzing training needs and suggesting improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and management.
• Good knowledge of local labor laws and the ability to handle employee relations issues.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage, along with competency in HR management and performance measurement software.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and management.

Syrian Handicraft has been found on the goals of safeguarding the intangible Syrian heritage; by maintaining the Syrian handicrafts and preventing its extinction. That would be done through securing employment for damaged professional and craftsmen, providing them with proper workplace and institutionalize their work in order to guarantee sustainability, development and quality of the profession.
