1. Prepare weekly visit plan to public sector customers, conduct visits accordingly, report and register data on the related System.
2. Communicate with public sector customers in a courteous manner, and respond to their complaints promptly to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
3. Analyze and assess Public Sector customers’ complaints according to their validity, keep records and follow up until the complaint is solved.
4. Follow up all requests and inquiries related to public sector customers’ to ensure proper handling and timely response in coordination with concerned parties.
5. Promote and sell Syriatel products, services and offers to public sector customers in a professional manner.
6. Follow up all unpaid invoices related to public sector customers that are reported from the concerned entity to ensure proper closing and solving according to related procedure.
7. Monitor all the information and transactions related to assigned accounts by checking the generated reports and take the needed actions accordingly.
8. Search for new customers from the public sector to achieve preset target of opening new public sector accounts.
9. Monitor, collect, and escalate any new information regarding market situation and competitor’s offers to Head of Section.
10. Maintain and enhance customer relationships and satisfaction through involvement in the community events.
11. Support in the implementation of market surveys to anticipate public sector customers' needs and participate in developing marketing strategies that identify retention and growth opportunities.
12. Suggest new services and solutions to fulfill customer's needs.
13. Coordinate with Corporate Technical Support Specialist for new services launching, promoting and training
14. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
16. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
