General Responsibilities
Ensuring its quality and supporting NPA's activities.
Act as a key link between NPA and government offices.
Provide administrative support to the country management team.
Specific Duties:
Identify and meet actors and stakeholders on national and local levels and establish key contact points with government offices at the National and Governorate levels.
Act as NPA’s point of contact and facilitator with the National Committee for Mine Action (NCMA) including but not limited to official correspondence, follow-up, arranging meetings, leading and coordinating the efforts to receive mine action task orders
Responsible for obtaining all licenses and permissions NPA requires to conduct its activities and manage the process if required to be delegated to the country team. This includes security approval for access to newly liberated areas and other government facilities for mine action and related activities.
Draft Standard Operating Procedures and Process Maps for government compliance and approvals.
Establish contact and liaise with offices at the Governorate level when establishing new projects in governorates where NPA does not work.
Manage customs clearance processes for imported shipments, permanent entry, and temporary customs annual renewal directly or by managing the team members involved in processes.
Monitor and report to the country management team on actual or upcoming changes to laws, regulations, and official directives to ensure that NPA can maintain legal compliance for all our activities.
Create and maintain electronic and physical archives and repositories of all official documents and correspondence.
Preparing purchase requests for the payment related to the office and accommodations and providing support to the Operations team in such matters in cooperation with the logistics and finance staff.
Apply and follow up on visas for international staff and visitors.
Prepare official Note Verbale related to NPAs activities and requests, and follow up with related government agencies.
Any additional duties as may be required from the line manager.

Required qualifications:
Must have:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
TOEFL level B2 or equivalent
Desirable:
TOEFL level C1, C2 or equivalent
Experience:
Must have:
5 years of work in the field of Administration.
2 years of work as a Liaison interacting with government and international agencies.
1 year of employment with an international non-governmental agency.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
3+ years of working in INGOs
International experience in a related field
Must have:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
TOEFL level B2 or equivalent
Desirable:
TOEFL level C1, C2 or equivalent
Experience:
Must have:
5 years of work in the field of Administration.
2 years of work as a Liaison interacting with government and international agencies.
