Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations of their department or team.
Allocating resources, including staffing and budgeting, and assessing employee performance and providing feedback.
Involving in higher-level planning and decision-making.
Handling disciplinary measures and conflict resolution.
Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
Develop and maintain the tools and processes that automate technical systems, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Work closely with software development and IT teams to ensure changes in software are smoothly integrated and deployed for users.
Ensure the continuous monitoring and swift response to any issues in the software's performance or delivery.
Coordinate between multiple departments to ensure smooth software releases, minimizing downtime or disruptions.
Stay updated on trends to keep the tech environment advanced and efficient.
Manage and lead a team of testers to ensure high-quality testing is delivered on time
Provide training and mentoring to testers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Coordinate with project managers and developers to ensure testing requirements are met
Ensure all issues and defects are reported and tracked in a timely manner
Track and monitor testing metrics, including code coverage, defect density, and testing progress
Developing user manuals, as well as policies, and procedures.
Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.

Qualifications
1.A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT or similar field.
2.Deep understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
3.Experience with development and operational tools such as Git, Ansible, and Terraform
4.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
5.Broader experience in the field, including management or Supervisory roles.
6.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
