Responsibilities
•Coordinate the scheduling of Commodities inspections, ensuring that inspections are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
•Manage inspection reports, ensuring that they are accurate and complete
•Assist in developing and implementing strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Commodities inspection operations
•Collaborate in the management team to develop and implement new inspection procedures and processes
•Ensure that Commodities inspection staff are properly trained and have the necessary skills and qualifications to carry out their duties
•Monitor and analyze performance data for Commodities inspection operations to identify areas for improvement
•Provide support to Commodities inspection staff, and ensure that they have the necessary resources to carry out their duties
•Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in Commodities inspection operations
•Regularly report on the progress and performance of Commodities inspection operations to the Operations Manager

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in food science, agriculture, or a related field
•Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations coordination
•Good understanding of ISO 17020 standards and other relevant regulations for Commodities inspection
•Advanced level in Excel is a must.
•Advanced level in English.
