Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and testing new product formulations.
• Conduct laboratory trials, sensory evaluations, and stability studies.
• Support in sourcing and evaluating raw materials for product development.
• Document and maintain accurate records of R&D experiments and formulations.
• Assist in analyzing competitor products and market trends.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth product implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for R&D findings and progress.
• Work closely with respective departments to prepare and provide product samples based on customer requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
