Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze historical sales data to forecast future demand.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand market trends, seasonal demands, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop periodic sales plans (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Monitor sales performance versus forecasts and provide improvement recommendations.
• Determine purchasing needs based on sales forecasts and current inventory levels.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to define required styles and quantities.
• Monitor the quality of received goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Continuously monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Suggest actions for slow-moving or excess inventory.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, and purchasing activities.
• Analyze variances between planned and actual outcomes and propose corrective actions.
• Support management in making data-driven strategic decisions.
• Work closely with departments such as Design, Production, Finance, and Sales.
• Ensure smooth communication and execution of plans across all teams.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or commerce.
• 4 Year related experience
• Planning and organizational skills to prepare reports and studies necessary for the purchasing department.
• Proficiency in the accounting skills necessary to handle invoices related to imported supplies and products.
• Attention to the smallest details, especially when monitoring the quality and specifications of imported supplies
• Proficiency in using various computer programs, most notably Office applications.
• The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with suppliers and colleagues.
• Quick decision-making.
