Responsibilities
MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:
1.Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and by telephone, and respond to or appropriately refer inquiries.
2.Register patients according to established protocols and ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient demographic, medical insurance, and billing information.
3.Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, diagnostic tests, scans, and external referrals, optimizing provider time and treatment room utilization.
4.Monitor appointment flow, notify healthcare providers of patient arrivals, track service delivery against schedules, and communicate delays to patients and families in a calm and polite manner.
5.Maintain and manage patient records and files, ensuring availability, accuracy, confidentiality, and proper filing and retrieval of information.
6.Manage patient accounts and control credit extended to patients, including filing, tracking, collecting, and expediting third-party insurance claims.
7.Prepare and submit statistical reports as required.
8.Protect patients' rights by maintaining strict confidentiality of personal, medical, and financial information.
9.Contribute to smooth office operations by following procedures, reporting operational issues, and supporting team efforts

Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Healthcare Management.
Experience:
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or healthcare-related role.
•Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Skills
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to work under pressure and difficult situations
•Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
•MS Office capabilities, and medical software is an advantage.
Personal Characteristics:
•Be respectful, must maintain confidentiality, well organized and proactive.
•Honest, hardworking, committed to organization and a good team player.
