Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, CVs filtering, interviews and hiring decision.
Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures that support the company's objectives and comply with local laws and regulations.
Implement the performance management system, including setting standards, evaluating and guiding, and providing necessary support for employees.
Manage other administrative tasks, such as reviewing personal data, preparing salaries, and managing documents.
Manage public relations with employees and solve disputes, complaints and problems in the workplaceز
Develop and implement employee training and development plans.
Analyze data and information related to human resources and implement necessary changes.
